the messages didn't move to sent item folder ?,it stiil in outbox

why all my e-mail didn't move to sent item folder ?,it stiil in outbox
but the recipient can receive it
when i want to delete the message in outbox it pop up a message :

The Messages interface has returned an unknown error,if the problem persists
restart outlook
