After and upgrade to XP Pro from 98SE I get thes message after the XP
splash screen. Any ideas?

Do you have a Canon peripheral? You may need to download an updated driver
for it. Just a wild hunch...

Hi Chris,

Log on as administrator in Safe mode, start/run regedit, navigate here:

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows NT\CurrentVersion\Winlogon

Look for any strings in the right pane containing epgina.dll and remove
them.
