The Language Bar (Duplication Error)

When I turn off the computer and turn back on and I right click on "Toolbar",
I get duplicate (up to 5 replicas) of "THE LANGUAGE BAR" which are checked.

This will cause the taskbar to create multiple errors.

Seeking your advice...

Add/Remove will have an Office item, and you can run the "Detect and Repair"

Thanks for reply but I was not able to find an office item in "Control
panel/add-remove. The only item that I found that states office is
"microsoft office"

Also I was not able to find the detect and repair. Is this an independent
command or a command associated with another program or command?
