The Invisible Posting

I have posted messages in this NG that I am told by other subscribers have
appeared on their computers. However, other than the fact that my posting is in
my "Sent" folder, I can get no indication that it has been received and posted,
or that others have seen it. All I know is that although other peoples' stuff
show up on my computer, mine doesn't.

Can anybody explain to me what is going on and how to fix it, if possible? I'm
using Outlook Express on Windows XP.

Are you connecting using the MS news-server news://msnews.microsoft.com?

Anything in 'View>Current View' interfering?

By any chance does your addy appear in Blocked Senders?

I thought I was, but when I went to the link you provided, I was informed that I
wasn't subscribed to any of their newgroups. Needless to say, I promptly
subscribed, and as soon as I did, my message and your response both showed up.

I do believe my problem has been solved, and thank you so much for the good
steer.
