The "Import and Export" options has gone from my File Menu

The "Import and Export" options has gone from my File Menu and has been
replaced by "Data File management". This has two Outlook .pst files.
Outlook.pst and Outlook1.pst.
My outlook runs outlook1.pst but I want to run outlook.pst but I have no
Import and Export function. Please help

Data File Management is pretty much always there, it shouldn't have replaced
anything.

I know it may seem simple, but did you make sure you're viewing all the
options in your File menu? Click on the double down-arrows at the bottom of
the File menu to show all available options.

What do you need Import/Export for? Do not use Import/Export with a PST
file, but only with non-Outlook data.

If you want to use Outlook with a different PST file, just open it from
within Outlook.
