The 'GO' button is missing from the taskbar next to the ADDRESS toolbar

I have no idea how it disappeared to begin with.

My current setup is to have a LOCKED toolbar and the
ADDRESS TOOLBAR showing in the taskbar. I do NOT have
the title showing.

I have tried opening and closing the toolbar multiple
times to see if the GO button comes back.

Any suggestions?

If you right click the mouse just to the right of the address box you will
get a menu that allows you to switch the GO button on or off.
