Remove "Go" from Taskbar Address Toolbar?

Looking for help on how NOT to display the "Go" button next to the address
toolbar on the taskbar. I'm guessing that it involves a setting in HKCU
because no other user on the same PC has the green arrow and "Go" next to
their address toolbar on the taskbar. . .

Seems as if one setting changes them all. And by that, I mean this: Open My
Computer, and right click on the Go button there, and uncheck the Go button
item. Should make the Go button disappear in My Computer. Then, on your
taskbar, close and reopen the address toolbar. Your Go button should then be
gone from there, too.

Open Internet Options (start-run-inetcpl.cpl)
Go to Advanced tab
In Browsing section, uncheck "Show Go button in address bar"
Click OK

Good Luck, Ayush.

Disabling the Go button in Internet Explorer also disables it in Windows
Explorer, in any folder and on the Address toolbar on the Taskbar and vice
versa.

In Internet Explorer, Windows Explorer or any folder, right click the
Address bar on the left side where it says Address or right click the Go
button or right click on the V in the Address bar and UNCheck Go Button.

To get it back, in Internet Explorer, Windows Explorer or any folder, right
click the Address bar on the left side where it says Address or right click
the Go button or right click on the V in the Address bar and Check Go
Button.

If you have the Address toolbar on the Taskbar you will have to remove the
Address toolbar or Close the toolbar and add it back or reboot to see the
changes.

Or open Internet Explorer | Tools | Internet Options | Advanced tab
Check or Uncheck: Show Go button in Address bar

Show Go button in Address bar...
[[Specifies whether to show the Go button next to the Address bar. With the
Go button displayed, you can type an address in the Address bar, and then
click Go to go to that Web page. Whether or not the Go button is displayed,
you can always press ENTER after typing the address to go to that Web
page.]]
