The Form Required to View this Message Can Not Be Displayed..somet

I've created a custom form in Outlook based on the contacts template and have
saved it to a shared network drive and published it. Everyone that I've
given the same permissions to, is able to use it just fine.

Two people on the network however, sometimes LOSE access to the form for no
particular reason at all and when they try to open it they get that error
message:

The form required to view this message can not be displayed. Contact your
administrator.

Our Admin has looked at it several times and sometimes he gets the form
working...for a day or two, and it goes right back to this. Always the same
computers (users) and no one else has a problem. They don't lose access to
the network or the drive where the form is stored, they just can't open the
custom form anymore.

Any ideas?

To what forms library did you publish the form? Outlook version, including build number from Help | About Microsoft Outlook?

Thanks, Sue, but I found the answer in another post over in general.

"Close Outlook and delete the FRMCACHE.DAT. This should correct the problem."

That did the trick! :)

What if the problem happens again. Do you have to do the same thing
again. That is somewhat irritating.

I dunno, Greg, but it hasn't happened again. My hope is that when their
computers were first making the .dat it corrupted somehow and has been that
way ever since. Now that they've got a new one, all seems to be well, even
through subsequent revisions I've made.
