Hello There!

We have a Custom Task Form published to the Organizational Forms Library on
Exchange 2003 Server. Every so often, users lose the ability to open the
form in question (Outlook's Tools\Forms\Choose Form\) and they get the
error:

"Can't open this item. The form required to view this message cannot be
displayed. Contact your administrator"

I noticed that the problem gets fixed by clearing the form's cache
(Outlook's Tasks Properties\Forms\Manage\Clear Cache) at least until the
next time they experience the problem again.

Client's are running Outlook XP SP3 on either Windows 2K SP4 or XP SP1 Pro.

Anyone knows of a permanent fix to this issue?

Any help will be appreciated.

Thank you!

We still don't know what causes post-SP1 forms cache problems, The only other thing to try is the ForceFormReload registry value,
