The files cannot be copied because no recording device was found

I am using PowerPoint 2003 and am trying to put the presentation onto a CD
using the Package for CD option.
I am getting an error message stating The files cannot be coped because no
recording device was found please ensure that a recorder is connected.
I have a CD Burner in drive D, a Combo CD/DVD Burner in drive E and an
external USB CD/DVD burner in drive G and they are all working perfectly, but
PowerPoint 2003 cannot see them for some reason.
Can you throw any light on this problem please?

You might try the Package for CD and use the copy to folder option. then use
your CD burning software to copy generated the files to your CD
