The file that won't go away...

There's a file that I found while doing a virus scan that's in my personal
folder within my documents folder. The file is visible during the scan (its
named "Complete") and contains (Ready for this?) over 16 THOUSAND(!!!)
infected files (which E-Trust Antivirus can't, or won't fix or delete). I've
gone into windows explorer and even did a search (including sub and hidden
folders) and it doesn't show up there. Can somebody PLEASE tell me how to
get rid of it?
Thank you.

Download HijackThis from this location
http://www.spywareinfo.com/~merijn/downloads.html

Install and run a scan to see if the file shows. If it does check it and
click "Fix checked." Do NOT check any other items that you are not sure of as
you might remove something you really need.
If it does not show up on the scan go to Other stuff > config > Misc tools >
Delete a file on reboot and locate the file and reboot.

Let me know how that works for you.

Didn't show up on scan nor through "other stuff". However, I did type in the
folders name and it did show up and opened revealing 16 thousand zip files
(all named after movies and "movies"). HijackThis couldn't handle the 4gigs
size and I began deleting them by hand, one at a time, until ten minutes
later I figured out that I could probably open this file via "run" and once I
did, I was able to select all and delete it. It took nearly forty seconds.
Your program, however, steered me in the right direction. I like the whole
idea behind it and, when time permits, I shall make a proper visit to your
website. Thank you so much.
