I tried to install Win 2000 service pack 4 but I was
unable to. Following is the "Service Pack 4 Setup Error"

The core system file (kernel) used to start this computer
is not a microsoft Windows file. The Service Pack will not
be installed.

How do I fix this?

Thanks,
john
