The best freeware Organizer?

hello guys,

I am looking for some cool freeware organizer similar to VIP Organizer.
Some features may include:
- Create categories in Tree format
- Be able to drag and drop tasks to categories
- complete tasks
- show out standing tasks
- purge completed tasks (eg back up)
- export tasks
etc

anything around?

I've bookmarked it before. I use to drop in there before I try new,
unknown freeware.

Would you mind expanding upon your findings regarding SeoNote? Its an
application I looked at once before, and was unimpressed. However, I
may have missed out on some of its benefits. What did you find
compelling about it?

That's quite good, but it does not do tasks. It's primarily a notes
organizer.
