I've tried some of those recorders that let you record streaming audio.
They use the output of the sound card. I've always found that the final
product lacked the quality of the original stream.

I've tried others that take the actual stream and save it as a WAV or
MP3 file and those always sounded fantastic. However, those programs
were limited to a specific file format (as I recall, it was .afx)

Question: Can the below link be directly put into the program and have
it start recording the stream without interfacing with the sound card?

Wow... if it is half as good as it sounds, I may have another PIM :)
Too bad it onlyt does one way Palm Sync.

I will have to give it a try!!
