The Archive Folders datafile does not close properly

Everytime I open outlook the message - The data file 'Archive Folders' was
not closed properly. Outlook the checks the file for problems which takes an
eternity. How do I ensure the Archive Folder is closed properly?

After you close Outlook, use Task Manager to make sure it is really gone
(i.e., no OUTLOOK.EXE on the Processes tab). If you see it there still, you
have some add-on that's keeping it open. FInd the add on, stop it, and
Outlook should close properly.

I'm having the same problem. Can you be more specific about how to
find add on and stop it? I have no idea what you mean by this.
