The Aero Glass

I recently turned off the transparent glass effect too see if it would
increase performance. I now want to turn it back on, but cannot find the
option. Help please.

Speaking on this note -- how do I switch back to the cliffs wallpaper
from my current leaves wallpaper --- the wallpaper all looks the same to
me in the options so how do I know what to choose --- build 5728 -- RC1
