when i restart computer windows is unable to save my profile settings and
when i restart i must use a temporary profile.

i get an error message saying:

windows can not load locally stored profile. due to either insufficient
security rights or a corupt local file.

please help.

Hi Kaine,

Create a new user account for yourself. The old one is corrupted and cannot
be recovered. Use the steps here to copy the bulk of the old one to the new
one:
