Texture background won't print

The textured background is visible on print preview but does not print.
Any ideas?

What version of Word? It makes a difference.

Look in the Tools > Options > Print dialog. If you see an option for
"Background colors and images", make sure it's checked. If there is no
such option in your version, then backgrounds can't print and are used
only in Web view.
