Background dosn't or won't print to edge of 8.5 x 11 sheet of pape

Background doesn't or won't print to the edge of a 8.5 x 11 sheet of paper.
When viewing in print layout it looks fine but in print preview and when it
prints the background does not make it to the edge of the paper.
This really looks bad for presentations.

Any help is appreciated.

Some printers do not print full bleed (to the edge). Some will only do it
for photos. You need to read the manual that came with your printer to see
if and/or how it can be done.
