I want to have white text on black background down at the bottom of the
film. I want it to be from left to right
like when you look at a film with translation. Is that possible in Windows
movie maker.

I can have it to the middle of the film but not at the whole width.

Is it possible to get new animations for to that??

You could easily create black frames with
white text in a digital image editing program...
even Windows Paint can do that.
