I can get my web page to load up on my computer the way I created it but why
does it load different on other computers?
 
Because other computers have the monitors "screen resolution" set at different sizes.

Right click a blank area of the Desktop, click Properties, click Settings and you will see the
choices.

yes, if they don't have the same font installed the page will display default font - unless they install the font.

She wanted to know if the site visitor didn't have the same font as she use would that impact how
the page would be displayed for the site visitor, and the answer is yes.
