Text to Speech Engine

I downloaded and installed a new tts engine. However, I
cannot get it to be recognized by programs that use such
engines, including the Control Panel. How do I go about
doing this?

You failed to mention what tts engine you installed...
You would get better response re-addressing your question to one of the
following news groups:

microsoft.public.msagent
microsoft.public.internetexplorer.ie4.outlookexpress.msagent
