how to recover text-to-speech (tts) engine.

I am using windowxp.I use four kinds of language text-to-speech engine:
English, Chinese, Korean and Japanese.

Now only Korean and Japanese work.

What I have done:
1.Remove voice card driver and reinstall it. Then it still work well.
2.enter control panel,choose speech. try preview voice.
An alert comes! It says: The voice can't be played.
Please try another audio output device.
3.install another tts engine, try it. English tts works well.

So it seems that microsoft's tts engine gots a problem.

Anyone can help me recover it?
