text/table together

How do you put text alongside a table and just border off the table (4
columns) Please. ????

Problem is - he wants it EXACLTY as he wrote it. Table on right side of page.
Commentary on left, opposite each row, and candidates write in each row.
Any other ideas - it was to have been submitted today and it's so
frustrating......?
Plus, the table keeps moving across the page, when I type the text at left
of row.
Driving me nuts!!!!!
