Set margins on a table style

I have made a Table style based on "Table Normal".

Now I want the table borders to be indented to be flush with my body text
that has a 2cm indentation relative to the page margin.

How is that done on a table?

If I set the indentation under paragraph - it just affects the text in the
first coulmn - but not the border.

You can indent the whole table from the left margin. On the Table tab of the
Table Properties dialog box, specify the desired value for "Indent from
left."

To access the table properties from within the Modify Style dialog box,
click the Format button, and then click Table Properties.
