Sorry, this seems like something that should be easy to find, but I haven't
had any luck. When you you create a "cascading" style -- a style that where
"Style based on" is set to another style -- how can you specify explicit
formatting that is "in addition to" the inherited style rather than
overriding the inherited style? For example:
Style1 is indented .5
Style2 is based on Style1 and should be indented an additional .25".
If I set an explicit .75" indent for Style2, changing Style1 has no effect
on the indent in Style1. That makes sense, since any local styling should
take precedence. But is there a way to indicate a "relative" (e.g.)
indentation for Style2 so that it will always just be .25" more than Style1?
