Yes... if you go to Google's customized page there are "widgets" you
can load onto your page and one of them is a free text messaging
client. I have it set up on my personal Google page. If you don't
know how to customize your personal Google home page, I've got a post
on my BLOG that links you to everything and explains how to do it.
