Hello,

I'm using Outlook 2002 on a Windows XP SP2 box with Exchange 2000.
Outlook is setup to use HTML as the format & Word as the email editor.
When I add a new message & choose any of the text effect it shows in the new
message but when I send it to internal recipients (including self) who use
the same platform, the text effect doesn't work.

Please assist.

Thank you.

What effect are you talking about and how did you set it? Post steps to
reproduce.

New email message, type text in body, hilite text, right click text & go to
fonts.
Text Effects tab & use any of the animations.
The animation shows when I send the new email, but it doesn't show for the
internal recipient who is using the same platform as the sender.
