Are "Text effects" still available in Outlook 2007?

In previous versions of Outlook, when using Word as e-mail editor, you could
add text effects such as marching ants, sparkle text, etc. Is this feature
still available and how do I find it in Outlook 2007?

It depends on how you added them. Pretty much all animation is no longer
supported.
