Flashing font in message body

I know I can set text effects if I use Word as my e-mail editor in Outlook.
But, if a recipient does not also set Word as his/her e-mail editor, fonts
will not blink or flash, for example. I've tried to type a message in Word,
set text effects, save as a Web page with the intent to copy the body into an
Outlook message. But, I get a message that the flashing text will be saved
as italics in HTML format. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

Since Text Effects are strictly Word constructs, the viewer needs Word to
see them.
