Bad Fonts...No Twinkies!

I'm having font problems. When I e-mail a message, the body of the message
changes fonts. I send it out Arial, it changes to Times New Roman...even if
I send it to myself.

My settings are:
HTML
Word as my editor
Always use my fonts

Somehow, and I don't know how because I was not in the Windows directory
lately, all my A-E fonts were deleted from the Windows Font folder. I just
replaced them and it "fixed" it. I am worried, however, how they were
deleted...:-(
