Yesterday I've found GridinSoft Notepad, new for me but I don't know if
it's new for you too.
It is a Notepad replacement, but can export to rtf and html formats, 749
KB, no install, adds 19 entries to a folder in the Registry under
HKEY_USERS (and again under HKEY_CURRENT_USER).

<q>
The basic opportunity of the program is syntax highlighting more than 25
formats of files (HTML, ASP, PHP, Perl, Pascal, C++, etc.). Except for that
an opportunity of preliminary viewing of the text before a print on the
printer, the bookmarks, the adjusted interface and many other things.

Features
Adjustable modes of code highlighting;
Build-in SpellCheck;
XP Interface styles;
Print with syntax highlighting;
Print preview;
Bookmarks;
Export the text with highlighting to RTF and HTML format;
Drag-and-Drop support;
Not required any additional runtime libraries;

Support format
MS-DOS Batch Files (*.bat;*.cmd)
HTML Document (*.htm,*.html)
Msg files (*.msg)
Baan 4GL Files (*.cln)
CA-Clipper Files (*.prg,*.ch,*.inc)
Cache Files (*.mac,*.inc,*.int)
CPM reports (*.rdf,*.rif,*.rmf,*.rxf)

CORBA IDL files (*.idl)
INI Files (*.ini)
Java Files (*.java)
Javascript Files (*.js)
Modula-3 Files (*.m3)
Pascal Files (*.pas,*.dpr,*.dpk,*.inc)
Perl Files (*.pl,*.pm,*.cgi)
PHP Files (*.php,*.php3,*.phtml,*.inc)
Python Files (*.py)
SQL Files (*.sql)
Visual Basic Files (*.bas)
VBScript Files (*.vbs)

It is not multi-tab. It doesn't have clickable urls.
I don't know anything else.

Looks interesting. A PSPad competitor, but without column blocks as
far as I can see.
It also has a spell checker but I can't find information about the
languages and dictionaries for Gridin's editor, which is
understandable as it's built in. That makes it useless for me. PSPad
has external dictionaries, I stick to PSPad.
