Text Boxes

I am wondering if anyone can help. When I put in a text
box everything looks fine until i publish it. The text
moves off to the right but the box stays where it is at.
Any ideas how to fix this?? Please let me know.
 
Don't use absolute positioning and place everything within tables and cells.
