Text Box not formatting when printing

I have a text box that uses Arial 12 type on the electronic page but prints
out super huge and doesn't even fit on the printed page. i have tried
repasting the data in a new page but to no avai. Any suggestions? Thanks
 
You can try Tools|Options|Print, check "Print True Type fonts as graphics."
