Text appearing blue

For some reason, when \I go to answer some emails (but not all) the text as
I type it in appears in the font Arial and a royal blue color. The text tool
bar color is not set to royal blue, but I have go in and highlight everything
and change it to black/ automatic if that is how i want it. If i have to
edit an email, and go into add a sentence, it will again start typing in blue
and again i have to go up and change the font color. It is not set to blue,
it is sometimes set to red, but appears in blue. I don't understand what is
going on and it is very annoying.

You don't mention what version of Outlook you're using so these instructions
are approximate:

Tools > Options > Mail Format

Click on the Fonts button and see what's set there.
