text and movies in powerpoint

I am working on a slide show for my church and I am trying to insert some
animation (a motion file) and have words show (and cycle) as the movie is
playing. I hope I am explaining what I am looking for clear enough because I
don't know how else to explain it. Anyway, can anyone tell me how to do this?

First any text will show BEHIND the movie so you need to add it on the slide
outside the movie

To kep the movie playing while other animations take pace double click the
"play" entry for video in custom animation and in effects tab choose "stop
playing after 1 slide" or current slide
