test small when viewing emails

Hi,

One of my users has just received their new machine and the text in outlook
is very small. This is occurring when he opens an email and is reading it.

If he has a scroll wheel on his mouse, hold down the CTRL key and scroll down
with the wheel.

Otherwise, for OL2003 select View > Text size, for OL2007 select Other
Actions > Zoom. Earlier versions I can't remember off the top of my head,
but it may also be View > Text size.

It is Outlook 2003, I have got him to change the text size, but he is having
to do this on all emails?

I've got the same problem in outlook 2000, but can't find that option.

Is this occurring for plain text mails or HTML as well?

If it's just plain text, see Tools > Options > Mail Format > Fonts, and
change the font for composing and reading plain text.

If it's happening on HTML, I have to admit I'm stumped. Compare the
formatting in the mail (e.g. Arial 10pt) to the same formatting in WordPad -
does it look the same size or significantly smaller?
