Terminated Processes regenerate immediately

I am running Win XP Pro and when I look at the Task
Manager / Process list, there are two processes I want to
delete. They have apparently random names: JRY3R.EXE and
RKMSYIF9.EXE

When I end these tasks, they somehow immediately restart
themselves.

Note: I have run Norton AntiVirus as well as Spy Sweeper
and Ad-Aware. All definition files are current and all
indications are that this is not virus or spyware
activity.

Anyone else experience this or have thoughts on what to
check next?

The something else is re-starting these processes. Something that looks
innocent, but isn't.
