Terminal Services USB printing

Why is it a problem to print from a Terminal Services
session using a usb printer on the client PC? What has to
be done to make this work all the time?

USB printers should work just fine. What problem are you
seeing? Any eventlog entries?

Check if the printer uses a DOT4 port. If that's the case, this
should help:
