Terminal Services removal

Terminal Services will not let my ATI Wonder TV USB
operate. How to uninstall Terminal Services?
 
Add/Remove Programs -> Add/Remove Windows Components -> Terminal Service

or

Start -> Settings -> Control Panel -> Administrative Tools -> Configure your server wizard -> Remove role of Terminal Server
