Terminal Services printing

I have a WIN2k server which I access over the internet.
At my home I have a windows XP box and an HP Jetdirect
print server.

I can't print to the print server from the Win2k server,
it seems the printers have to be directly connected to my
XP workstation for the server to "see" them which means
much cable swapping as there are not enough LPT ports on
my workstation

Any thoughts on how I can get access to the jetdirect
connected printers during a terminal session ???
