terminal services expired

Hi,

I have let the 120 days grace period for my terminal services
licensing run out. Win2003 server, xp clients. When I try to activate
it by clicking activate server", nothing happens. I have 2003 cals
installed, do I need TS cals also, given that I have xp clients
logging in with remote desktop?

Have you installed TS Licensing Services?
Yes, you must have a TS CAL for every client.
If you owned the XP Desktops licenses before the date of release
of Windows 2003 (24 april 2003), then you can apply for a free TS
CAL for these clients. Check:
