terminal services client timing out

Yes.

The users are connected with terminal services but are
also working on other MS only programs on the computer at
the same time. After some time they are returning back to
the terminal services client connection to find that it
has been disconnected

I have already deleted the mslicensing with out any
change to this problem

You should be careful with deleting the MSLicensing key...

Anyways...you should enable keep alives on the terminal
server and see if that fixes your problem.
