Terminal Services client not connecting

My windows 2000 server was recently infected with blaster
virus. After removing the virus I am no longer able to
connect to the server using my terminal services client.
I removed the terminal server services using add/remove
windows components and reinstalled it but that did not
solve the problem. Any suggestions?

Have you tried removing the RDP-TCP connection in your
terminal services configuration and then recreating it?
Can you verify, using netstat -an, that the RDP listener
is listening on port 3389?

Ar ethere any events in the eventlog?
