Terminal services applications not grabbing a user CAL

G

Guest

I have had applications stop working after 120 days when the temporary licese
expires. I have installed the licenses for the users, but they are not
"Grabbing"
them. Is there a way for me to force the application to use the CAL that
has been purchased instead of the temp? I am very new to the TS thing so it
is very possible that I did not install the license correctly.

Type of Server - Windows 2000 server & 2003 Server
TS Installed in application mode
Both 1.2 GHZ Intel Processors
Both 1GB Ram

Thanks in advance fo your help.

Which server is running Terminal Services? 2000, or 2003, or both?
On which server did you install the TS Licensing Service and install
the TS Client Access Licenses (TS CALs)?
Which type of TS CALs did you install?
Have you checked the EventLog on your Terminal Servers to see if they
can detect the TS Licensing Server?
What OS are your clients running?
