terminal service licensing

I am installing terminal service in application mode. I
have purchase additional user license. Right now I am
running the licensing wizard installed with terminal
services. Everything look okay until I get to a point
where the wizard asks me for an enrollment number. Where
do I get that number from?

The enrollment number question comes up if you have chosen "Select"
or "Open" as the License Program. If you don't have a Volume License
Agreement with Microsoft, choose "Other" as the License Program. For
