Terminal service license server expired

We have 2 servers, 1st one is SBS2000 setup as Terminal service license
server and the 2nd one is a win2k member server running terminal service in
app mode. Since the license server license is expired after 90-day, it
gives "The local policy of this system does not permite you to logon
interactively" message when logon from either locally or remotely. How can
I resolve this issue?

Terminal services becomes pretty useless if you don't have
TSCALs installed on your license server. You need to do
this in order for things to work right. You also need to
make sure that the TS licensing server is activated.

Lastly, that error message typically means that you don't
have the "log on locally" privilege, although not having
licenses confuses this issue.

TS licensing server is now activated on the SBS2000 and I'm now able to
connect to it from a TS client. However the win2k member server is still
totally lockdown. I cannot logon with any account including "administrator"
account from locally or remotely. Please advise how to change "log on
locally" setting on this member server.

Thanks,

Thanks for the help. The issue is resolved. I followed Microsoft Knowledge
Base Q285793 to setup a new OU, reboot this win2k server, waited for
sometime (for sync?) and it worked.
