terminal server times out

hello,

we have been having trouble with WAN users accessing our
TS. Our local users get on fine but our overseas users
gets a 'timed out while connecting error', they have no
problems pinging our server and it can see all the
shares....

anyone with any ideas is appreicated.

Can those overseas users telnet to port 3389 of the
terminal server?
