terminal server printing problem

Using terminal server to connect to company server. Able
to print from remote printer to local remote printer in
Access and Word, but nothing happens when print in Excel.
Any suggestions?
 
Can you print from Paint? If not, you're probably going to need to update
your printer drivers on the terminal server.

Paint works fine as well. Any other thoughts on why only
