Terminal Server Lic server

After I dcpromo'd my initial DC (I did transfer FSMO roles
before proceeding), I can no longer access my TS license
server. In the App log of my current License server I
receive Event ID 213 and it references my initial license
server. How can I clear this Event ID and then be
permitted to open TS licensing?

From you message I suggest that you have demoted your DC. TS Licensing in
Window 2000 can be run only on a DC or on a stand-alone computer. So you
have no luck. I believe you can run it on a member server if you upgrade it
(the member server, not the whole AD) to Windows 2003.
